Recipe đâ¨â¨For the base âŹď¸Â â¨(Per single portion/jar)â¨50g oats â¨1 tbsp chia seeds â¨1 tbsp protein powder â¨1 tsp maple syrup â¨150ml milk (of choice)â¨75g yoghurt (of choice) â¨â¨For the topping âŹď¸Â â¨(Makes enough for 3)â¨3 apples, peeled and cored â¨1 tsp mixed spice (or use cinnamon & nutmeg)â¨2 tsp maple syrupâ¨1 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch)â¨175ml waterâ¨yoghurt to layer â¨â¨1.â  â To a frying pan add the diced apples, spices, maple syrup, & cornstarch. Stir to coat the apples with the spices, and then add the water.â¨2.â  â Cook the apple mixture on low for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. The apples should be tender &  the sauce should thicken, similar to apple pie filling. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.â¨3.â  â Make the base by adding all the ingredients to jars or bowls & stir to combine. Add more milk if the consistency if you prefer less thick consistency. â¨4.â  â Layer a spoon of the apple mixture on top, followed by a few spoons of yogurt and finish with a final layer of apple. â¨5.â  â Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight and enjoy!
