The menu is filled mainly with traditional Spanish dishes, but they are treated with a level of technical proficiency and whimsy not normally afforded pa amb tomàquet, croquetas de jamón or Basque cheesecake.

French bouillabaisse meets Brazilian moqueca in a course featuring lobster and a rich fish broth. A pasta course inspired by Cheez-Its is deliciously punchy (seriously), and a sundae dessert course comes with caviar.
