This playground is right downtown in a really pretty spot. Definitely stop for a play here, if you're sight seeing downtown with kids!
This is a fun public square right downtown with a concrete modern playground. It's "new meets old vibe" is classic of Copenhagen. Grab lunch across the street from Torvehallerne open market.
This is great for bigger kids (5 and older) there’s a build your own Lego station and other interactive exhibits. There’s also a huge multi-story slide through from top to bottom!
Copenhagen’s art museum has a children’s zone, where they can make their own art on school holidays. Check their website.
This is a tower with a great view. It’s mostly one giant spiral ramp (one flight of stairs at the top) that strollers can go up. My kids love running up and down. They also have an attached event space with exhibits.
The main library has an entire floor dedicated to kids, where shoes are not allowed. Very cozy!
A brand new bakery in Copenhagen with exquisite pastries and brunch. This is quickly becoming my favorite spot!
Fantastic brunch. There's also a second location near Tivoli
classic staffed playground with a locals feel, small inside playroom with toys, lots of little bikes to ride and Kompan play equipment for bigger kids.
Nyhavn is an iconic Copenhagen spot. You need to bring the kids and take some photos. The harbor bus is a great way to reach it! And loads of canal tours depart from here.
