Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and values. Work with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog. Remove obstacles that impede the team's progress. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability. Support the team in delivering high-quality increments every sprint. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and promote transparency. Help teams maintain a sustainable pace of work. Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint progress). Act as a servant leader to support the development team’s needs. Encourage self-organization within the team. Coordinate dependencies between teams in multi-team Agile environments. Assist in onboarding new team members to Agile methodologies. Promote Agile adoption across the organization by working with leadership. Maintain documentation related to team activities and deliverables. Support Product Owner in backlog refinement and product roadmap alignment. Identify areas for process improvement and recommend actionable solutions. Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello to manage workflows.
