Jamie Beck's Marrakech
Be sure to start with a drink at sunset on the roof (my favorite was the rose flavored cocktail that came in a glass teapot!) before dinner downstairs with live music. Very romantic. With unrivalled fresh produce from sea and land, La Sultana Oualidia showcases the best produce of Morocco with vegetarian, as well as locally and ethically-sourced meat and fish options from local producers and La Sultana Oualidia’s very own organic vegetable garden.
Built originally as a palace turned one of the world's greatest luxury hotels, it is a real treasure to behold. Take a walk through the gardens before having a drink at 6 PM with the three piece jazz band at their Le Bar Majorelle. The international people watching crowd is phenomenal.
You could really just go to Marrakech to shop and boy do I have a list of the most amazing treasures of shops to share with you guys, but for the short version, this place was incredibly well curated, wonderful quality, and a little bit of everything you want to buy!
Glamping in canvas tents with fireplaces and candle light! Do some desert star gazing, camel rides, and tagine by campfire here.
We loved this side car tour! The perfect way to experience the historic Medina early in the morning as well as the nearby desert and surrounding neighborhoods.
You must hammam! It is the most incredible spa experience and Marrakech is not short on amazing hammams! We loved Les Bains de Tarabel
A stunning palace with ornate woodwork and tiles with courtyard filled with orange trees. Go put your name on the list once inside at Bacha before wandering around and enjoy and historic coffee when your number comes up.
