For Champagne enthusiasts, the renowned Veuve Clicquot takes center stage, offering treasures such as La Grande Dame Rosé and RICH Rosé enjoyed on ice while Rosé inspired cocktails crafted with Belvedere Organic become a toast to warm summer nights. Each glass is thoughtfully paired with a curated menu designed to complement these celebrated wines, combining the vibrancy of French cuisine with the signature sophistication of Baccarat. A spirit of style, rhythm and whimsy keeps the plush, platinum and champagne-hued Grand Salon humming throughout the day and evening. Glowing inside and out, a corrugated crystal-like curtain reveals cascading chandeliers framing lush lounge-style seating clad in rich velvets and Jouffre silk. Here in the hotel’s fashionable humming heart, craft cocktails in cut-crystal tumblers and inspired dining from Two Michelin-starred Culinary Director Gabriel Kreuther complement social exchanges and graceful gatherings. Beguiling and provocative, mysterious and offbeat, The Bar plays the foil to the adjacent Grand Salon. The Bar takes its visual cues from great American long bars of decades past, glamorous ballrooms of French hôtels particuliers and the royal stables at Versailles with distinctive barrel vaulting and natural-wood walls defining much of the space.
