Add A splash of water to make the smell go away. After 2 minutes start mixing in the ingredients turn by turn. 2. Add all the sabat masalas. Add the ginger garlic paste and Add The Onion paste too. Coom for 4-5 minutes. 3. Add the mutton and stir for 2/-3 mins and then add the raw garlic. Add water and then on a low flame cook for atleast 1 hour until the meat is tender. Stir again to make sure the gravy is ready 4. Add some curry to the matka. Garnish with coriander, green chillies and desi ghee. Cook for 10 minutes. Enjoy :)".

Ingredients: 350g / 12 oz dried short pasta (I used small shells) 2 broccoli heads (BIG!) 1 cup (100g) shredded cheese (or more!) PASTA SAUCE (NOTES FOR SUBS): 2 tsp lemon zest, 2 tbsp lemon juice (or more!) 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1/3 cup (30g) parmesan finely grated 2 garlic cloves minced, 1 tsp mixed dried herbs, 1/2 tsp+ red pepper flakes 1 tsp sugar, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper . Directions: 1. Place lemony sauce ingredient sin jar. 2. Add 2 tsp salt into big pot of boiling water. Cook pasta, chop broccoli into small florets, add into water for last 2 minutes of cooking. 3. SCOOP OUT 1 cup water, drain, return pasta and broccoli into pot. 4. Add Β½ cup water into sauce, shake, pour over pasta. 5.
