Use your Circle (Ring) to create additional tension during an exercise and further activate different muscle groups. For example, place the Circle between your legs just above your knees when you're doing bridge work - this will activate your lower abs, as well as your inner thighs.
A staple in Pilates, partially inflate this ball to become your "Sad Ball". You'll use this EVERY day when you're on the Reformer or the mat to get your muscles to activate, create imbalance and get that core working...and it's great to deflate and bring on trips to workout on the go.

A 100% natural all-purpose cleaner and gym disinfectant for Pilates equipment. They sell it in a spray bottle or you can buy the concentrate to mix your own in a bottle of your choosing. Use a microfiber rag to wipe down your equipment after you use it.
