My Travel Bucket List Before 40
I believe this is self explanatory. I want to do south America tour. For a month. Peru, Bolivia, Argentina (Brasil if there is time as well) with some adrenaline tours + tourists classic in combination.
On top of South America tour, I would do Brasil completely separately as it is a huge country. I would like to explore more then just Rio, but Rio would be my go-to destination to start this exciting tour.
I would like to go there but without agencies and completely without the plan. I would like to do it in way that I can go or stay wherever I want to depending on the vibe and current state of mind. Something we didn't do at all. That is my wish for a long time. For that to happen I need to push my husband out of his comfort zone as he likes to plan 20 years from now hahaha.
I will not put all destinations as some will be part of the tour. So this is something that would for sure be part of something bigger. Las Vegas with trips like this on a helicopter is on my bucket list since I watched first movie that had something filmed in Vegas. If we go there and do not get married again by Elvis we didn't do it.
I would love to take couple of weeks and do this route with bunch of stopping and sightseeing and exploring everytning there is on the route.
I can not say how much I want to do this. I would buy all extra activities, everything that has to offer and come back home broke but filled with new memories and experiences and emotions. Probably I need to save for this trip in advance. Just getting to the cruise from Croatia will take couple of thousands of $$ + the cruise itself + ALL the things I want to do while there === BROKE.
My husband and I are beer lovers. We like to taste new types, local beers, we usually walk the city like crazy but have beer stops frequently, to not get dehydrated. And this would be the most north point to drink draft beer and see northern lights. And I am not romantic??
Island. Camper. Whenever wherever. Warm baths in the middle of nowhere. Nothing to bite me (bugs, mosquitos...). Sounds like a dream.
This is doable in next year I would say even with kids and I am not a kids traveler. I like to travel without them so I can experience it the way I like. But Cinque Terre is so close to us that we can go on a short vacation with kids. I hear it is so picturesque and full of colors.
