Hot Springs, Arkansas Getaway

This Airbnb is conveniently located about 2 minutes outside of downtown Hot Springs, and less than 5 minutes to the observation tower in Hot Springs National Park.

Take the elevator or climb the stairs 216 feet high to get the best view of Hot Springs! I almost didn’t do this because I hate elevators and I’m afraid of heights, but I am glad I climbed the stairs to the top! No dogs.

Hot Springs National Park is an interesting one because it’s pretty much hiking and the town of Hot Springs! A wonderful long weekend trip here wouldn’t be complete without a trail or two in the park.

Bathhouse Row is a street of old Bathhouses- Quapaw and Buckstaff are still operating, and a others have been transformed into other businesses. Don’t forget to find the thermal fountains!

While I can’t speak on the beer, I can tell you that you’ll find the largest chicken strips you’ve ever seen- and they’re delicious! The brewery is dog friendly, the pugs even got bandanas!

This Grateful Dead themed pizza place is a perfect stop for lunch or dinner on your trip to Hot Springs. the covered patio is dog friendly. Try the Maui wowie, Casey Jones, and Dire Wolf. No gluten free crust, sorry!

Notably one of the top places in Hot Springs is this coffee spot on the edge of the downtown area- I go here every morning I’m in town! From the drinks to the bites to the friendly staff, this is a must-stop on your trip

If you’re looking for adventure, look no further! Hot Springs Off-road park is a destination in its own, with trails for all skill levels. You can even earn 2 Jeep badge of honors here! I enjoyed Snake!

While visiting Hot Springs, you can drive up to former president Bill Clinton’s boyhood home- you can’t go inside as it’s a private residence, but it’s a fun little stop.
