My Work Stack - all the stuff I use everyday
I love Next.js because it makes building fast, scalable apps so much easier. The built-in SSR and SSG mean I don’t have to worry about performance or SEO—it just works. I also love how clean and intuitive the file-based routing is, and the built-in API routes save me from setting up a separate backend for small features. Plus, the seamless deployment with Vercel makes going live ridiculously simple. It just feels like Next.js was built to make developers’ lives easier.
I love Vercel because it makes deploying apps effortless—literally just push to Git, and it's live. The seamless integration with Next.js means I get automatic optimizations, edge functions, and fast global performance without any extra config. I also love how easy it is to set up previews for every pull request, which makes testing and collaboration so much smoother. Plus, the built-in analytics and scalability mean I don’t have to stress about traffic spikes or performance issues. It just feels like magic for frontend developers.
love Uploadcare because it takes all the hassle out of handling file uploads and image optimization. It is fairly easy to have it in Nextjs. There is room for improvement. As every product has. But overall i would say 7/10
Firestore’s real-time database keeps everything in sync effortlessly, and Firebase Auth simplifies user authentication with just a few lines of code. I also love the seamless integration with serverless functions, so I can run backend logic without setting up a whole server. Down side is auth is client side and that brings complications as you grow and want to have more RESTful experience.
Great product management. integrations with various other apps is cool. I would say the best feature is integration with slack.. when someone post some bug or something that needs a ticket, with create quick action I can put it in linear immediately so I don't forget. Missing: releases from Jira 8/10
Desktop app is the best. so easy to jump on a loom and record couple of min long video to explain what is needed from other team member and to have capture all the things I want to show. 9/10
We love supporting other startups. But this product def does not feel like a startup material. Love the simplicity of creating bug reports and the gap between QA and Dev team is almost non existent any more. You have everything in jam recording. Console, network... Team is responsive to answer anything you might have. Overall experience amazing 10/10
cheaper version of calendly, suitable for startups. Fine for what I need it for. 8/10 - don't use it extensively so I am not sure about pros/cons
I'll just say, I wouldn't like to be junior in these times. The way it writes into my file and the little I have to fix is just making my day 10x more productive.
No words needed. Figma is always best friend for designers and developers love nothing more then come in and see file name "ready for dev" :D
Slack is by far best work platform I used for messaging. Inviting third parties, channels, grouping, save for later, VIPs just some of great features we use daily.
If 1pass went down or if I lose access, I would be like I lost my head. All passwords are in there and I can't keep track how much I have. The simplicity of adding, populating, using is amazing. 10/10
we have startup credits and are pretty happy with the support we have. They updated their UI for cloud functions and now it is much simpler for managing stuff.
For sending transactional mails. Not too happy about it, could be better. I have a feeling sometimes it takes too long for them to send mail and we see in our slack channel a lot of people requesting re-send as they didn't get it in acceptable amount of time.
We use this for keeping up to date with investors, deck, financial plan, rounds and so on. I am not so much in it as I am on the tech side, but when I use it I can see it being pretty powerful
We switched from Mixpanel to PostHog and it is much better. Code setup is pretty much the same, registering user and events, similar, but tracking and UI of the product feels better and has much more stuff to do. We had a feeling with Mixpanel it was never accurate. not even close.
The best data and the most accurate one. I live in that dashboard and refresh frequently to see how many users/cards/stacks are there daily
I can not live without this guy to test all the endpoints.
I can not say this is like top top., but all the stuff documented is in here. I get confused with sharing tbh, wait who can now see this. I believe there are some better/cheaper alternatives as well. All ears on this one.
