No one effects change in the world faster than an entrepreneur. I’ve been fortunate to spend most of my life in the startup world as both an entrepreneur and investor. Right now, I spend my days investing in and working with early stage founders as the founder and Managing Partner of Bread and Butter Ventures. I also work with the Techstars Farm to Fork Accelerator and the Minnesota Twins Accelerator in partnership with Techstars. As an investor, I’m interested in startups with great founders that I want to work with until they are done entrepreneuring. My core focus is companies solving problems throughout the world’s food system - from robotics to kitchen tech to biotech to supply chain. Prior to investing, I was an entrepreneur who built both venture backed and bootstrapped startups. I’ve led companies to acquisition and to failure. Entrepreneurship is hard.
