This 1920s-inspired motor yacht is perfect for sight seeing with the kiddos from the water. Start your morning off at Hudson Yards and then walk the High Line to Chelsea Piers and hop aboard as you cruise by Ellis Island, the Statue of Liberty, and Governors Island, for sweeping views of the NYC skyline from NY Harbor.

This is on our list for our next trip to NYC. My youngest is only 4 and most of the tours require him to be 5. But there are so many different tours you can take, and my oldest is very curious about history.
Perfect for a meal when we walk the Brooklyn Bridge.

Walking the Brooklyn Bridge is so iconic. We have done it multiple times and always loved it. Pro tip: don't do it in Winter! It gets super cold up there! If you can, shoot for a weekday as it will be less crowded.

This little boat pond is just so sweet when the weather is nice. I like it in Spring and Summer best. There is also a little snack shack if you are in need of a little something.

This playground is near the south end of the park and is quite large. A great place for kids of all ages. Best of all, there are bathrooms!
This is on the list for our next NYC trip. The kids love using the Subway while we are in the city, and this museum has great reviews. I think they'll get a kick out of the old subway cars.

A bucket list item for my family. I lived in NY for over 10 years and I never went. I can't wait to make it happen and enjoy it with my kiddos.
I took my 2 kids (4 & 7) to the MET not knowing what to expect. We made it to Egyptian wing and the Arms and Armor exhibit. They got such a kick out of both. We enjoyed a little lunch at the cafe as well.
I could spend a whole day going between Lady Liberty and Ellis Island. Kids may not get the entire context of it all, but it's just so iconic and such an experience. If you want to go into the crown, book early.
I lived in NY for 10 years, and it took a trip back with my kids to make it here. They have a variety of exhibits including space travel, airplanes, the actual ship, and the only submarine you can board in the US.
I haven't done this yet but it's a bucket list item for my family for sure!
