Only 77 calories with 5g protein and most importantly, they taste incredible! ✅ Macros for each Ice Cream Bar w/out outside fruity pebble layer: 77 Cals, 13g Carbs, 0.5g Fat, 5g Protein ✳️ Ingredients (makes 10 Ice Cream Bars): 60g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder (I use my brand aka @flex_brands aka the best protein for recipes in the game! 5g Zero Cal Sweetener 1 Container Fat Free Cool Whip (about 215g) 56g Fruity Pebbles ❇️ Directions: 1️⃣ Add your protein powder and sweetener to a bowl and mix. Then slowly add cold water and mix till you get a runny icing consistency. 2️⃣ Then fold in your frozen fat free cool whip. Try not to overmix. 3️⃣ Then add your crushed Fruity Pebbles and mix those in. 4️⃣ Evenly add to 10 ice cream bar molds (got mine off amazon). I only had 8 tbh so I just added the rest to mini cupcake molds for little ice cream cakes. 5️⃣ Add to freezer till frozen (at least 3-4 hours). 6️⃣ Then take out of molds once frozen and enjoy! Optional: You can roll these in crushed fruity pebbles! P.S. These do melt fast to keep that in mind especially if you have them in your hand. In a cold plate they don’t melt a room temp for much longer. Make sure to keep these frozen in between having them. I store these is the freezer in a freezer safe bag once frozen so I can just grab and go when sweat treat o’clock hits during the week!
