The hickory-smoked meats are seriously good — the smoked jumbo wings are a standout, the ribs are tender and well-seasoned with their signature dry rub, and the brisket chili is perfect comfort food. It's not your typical white-tablecloth date spot, but that's part of the appeal — it's the kind of place where you can be totally relaxed and enjoy amazing food together. The owners are super friendly and the atmosphere is warm and laid-back. It's a modern seafood and raw bar where three Le Cordon Bleu-trained chefs use French techniques to elevate coastal flavors. The crab cakes are some of the best in the metro area, the raw bar is pristine, and they make their pasta, bread, and pastries in-house. The wine list is deep and the cocktail menu is thoughtfully curated. Located at The Forum in Peachtree Corners, it's a short drive from Johns Creek and well worth it for a special evening. The dining room is chic and refined, and they have a private dining room upstairs for celebrations. It's chef-driven, seasonal, and focused on fresh, locally sourced ingredients — but without any of the pretension. The menu rotates, but you'll always find well-executed proteins, fresh seafood, and a solid mix of comfort and sophistication. Wednesday nights are a pro tip: half-price bottles of wine make it a perfect midweek date. The space is big and beautifully designed with a main dining area, a lively bar, and an upstairs mezzanine with arcade games and skee-ball — making it one of the few date spots where you can grab dinner and then genuinely have fun after. The menu is scratch-made and elevated American: think burgers done right, creative flatbreads, shrimp & grits, and country fried chicken that's surprisingly refined. It's family-owned and faith-based, with a hospitality-first approach you can feel.
